How to measure

Stand upright and relaxed.
Place the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and bottom.
Keep the tape against your body without digging in or pulling it tight.
Breathe normally and measure after a relaxed exhalation.
Check in a mirror that the tape is level all the way around. Measure twice to be sure.

If your measurement is at the upper end of a size range, choose the next size up.

Measuring too high, at the waistband or hip bones, gives a measurement that is too small and the wrong size.

Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom for the correct measurement and fit.

This period underwear for heavy-flow days absorbs as much fluid as 4 regular tampons. Its elastic waistband makes it very comfortable to wear. It is also breathable and so absorbent that you always feel dry.
