How to measure

Stand upright and relaxed.
Place the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and bottom.
Keep the tape against your body without digging in or pulling it tight.
Measure in underwear or over very thin clothing.
Check in a mirror that the tape is level all the way around. Measure twice to be sure.

If your measurement is at the upper end of a size range, choose the next size up.

The pants should fit close to your body so the absorbent area stays securely in place.

Measuring too high, at the waistband or hip bones, gives a measurement that is too small and the wrong size.

Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom for the correct measurement and fit.

This period underwear for heavy-flow days can absorb as much fluid as 6 regular tampons. The waistband is elastic and has a beautiful opaque design. The briefs are very comfortable to wear. The fabric is also breathable and so absorbent that you always feel dry. Entirely developed in Switzerland.
